![]() ![]() Dision and Park are in league and seem bent on burning Usea to the ground. What we know now makes evident that UPEO has been used as a weapon to antagonize both companies into fighting each other, by playing each side and, rather than preventing conflicts, only stirring them. But, this is just one route of five and as part of UPEO we have a very limited perspective. In this update we get some more plot and the overarching plot of Ace Combat 3 starts revealing itself to us. Update 03 - Just to fly without a doubt -Episode 10 - Fates Intertwined Reform of UPEO -Episode 11 - Reaching for Stars Light Aiming for the Stars -Episode 12 - One-Way Ticket Unit Recovery -Episode 13 - Bug Hunt Nanobites Run Amok -Episode 14 - Pawns in the Game Park's Scheme Also I need to stop making a habit of posting updates early morning. ![]() Especially since the massive wall of text coming up in the next update's first video is repeated in all paths for plot reasons. For those videos I'm gonna just load up the LP Screenshot Test poster thing and you can have that up next to the video to watch with or just read it and skip to planes, but it would just be impractical to subtitle it. No matter how I went about it I wasn't able to render that much faster because of the way Vegas effects work, and having dual layered the video just to achieve this. It took forever for these to render mostly because of how I smudged out the original text. There may be a video or two I don't directly subtitle the pre- and post- gameplay sequence due to sheer amount of though. I'm pretty happy with how my subtitles turned out. The Lavi is still one of my favorites. Here's my next batch of Ace Combat 3. I want to play with it more in Planemaker, but this week is busy for me. Have you tried putting stationary stabilizers there? I wonder how that would fly. This one does not, but it also does ot have any wings there at all, so those stubby little things at the tail are just fuselage. I know your first model had moving stabilizers. I know it wasn't an air ninja in the game, but, hey, it's the future. It could use a bit more roll control, as well. I over Geed at +3 Gs and 700 ktas, 5000 ft. It has some very solid qualities, and some unstable ones, well, one. I took it up a few times, frist taking off from a carrier, without the catshot. I just put up a beta for it, those of you who would like to fly some tests for me are welcome to add your name to the list. ![]() Currently, well, just recently I picked up on the R-101 remake I started quite a while ago. I haven't touched the flight model on it since I first started it.probably 2 years ago.(man I'm a drag). It flys like a Terminator and recovers pretty easily from Kulbits and Cobras. It's based entirely on the AC2 model, and isn't very well refined. The ADF-01 model was started on a whim when I took some screenshots from the Ace Combat 2 model viewer. So a working model is pretty well out of the question until 180 degree wingsweep is allowed in X-plane. That I had to use 3 seperate models to approximate the different stages of the wing sweep. I made a demo model of the X-02 to test the possibility of the flight characteristics of it. I have dabbled with several other models, but haven't followed through all the way. More recently I made the XFA-27 from AC2, and am fairly proud of that. They weren't terribly good back then, and they aren't terribly good now, especially with the reworked physics models in 8. Those AC3 planes have been in the Registry since God knows when. I made a lot of AC3 aircraft back in the 7.00 to 7.61 to be precise. ![]()
